Senior CCTV Tech

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE OR REQUIREMENTS:

  • Perform daily inspection of all Surveillance equipment. 

  • Repair equipment as notated by system or supervisor. 

  • Maintain current familiarity with surveillance and networking equipment as well as policies and procedures in both Surveillance and IT department. 

  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment; updates malfunction and repair log. 

  • Submit monthly reports to the Surveillance Network Administrator. Retain confidentiality in all matters, troubleshoot cable/camera issues. Perform duties in a concise manner, install and maintains cameras. 

  • Maintain minimum inventory and assist the IT Department as needed throughout the Tribal properties. 

  • Report to the Surveillance Network Administrator. 

EDUCATION LEVEL:

  • High School Diploma or GED and five (5) years of CCTV experience. Experience in Certified Radio & TV Repairman. 

  • Certified Electronic Test Tech, Cisco CCNA Certificate and A+ Basic Training is a plus.

GENERAL SUMMARY: 

This position is under the general direction of the Barona Gaming Commission and reports directly to the Surveillance Director. The position assures operational and departmental compliance to all relevant Minimum Internal Control Standards. It requires the operation of surveillance equipment for the purpose of safeguarding the assets of the Barona Tribe, and for the safety and protection of guests and staff.

GENERAL SUMMARY: Under supervision, responds to fire alarms, medical emergencies, hazardous condition situations, public incidents, and other types of emergencies. Protects life and property endangered by fire and other emergencies; performs fire safety inspections, and performs related duties as required. Positions in this class are primarily responsible for the operations of a fire hose and related equipment when engaged in fire suppression and the administration of first aid when engaged in medical calls.

Facilities Manager

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE OR REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of (5) years experience managing multiple facilities is preferred.

  • Monitoring the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas such as offices, conference rooms,  parking lots and outdoor recreation spaces.

  • Performing routine maintenance on facilities and making repairs as needed.

  • Maintaining day to day operation of facilities such as delegating or completing maintenance orders.

  • Technical knowledge of building repairs, maintenance, and services.

  • Provide exceptional customer service.

  • Knowledge in  understanding architectural and engineering drawings and schematics.

  • Ability to write detailed scope of work for Work Orders and RFP's.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

EDUCATION LEVEL:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.

GENERAL SUMMARY: The Facilities Manager is responsible for the management of services and process that support the Tribal Facilities and Infrastructure; must ensure that the facilities have the most suitable working environment for its Tribal Members, Employees, and their activities; focus on using knowledge of operational building equipment, codes, regulations, and life span analysis in order to ensure efficient and effective use of the Tribal Facilities.
